The Muse News May Edition

Introducing The Muse News! We want to first start off by saying thank you to all our customers and supporters from the last year, since we took over as new owners of The Muse. We are three generations of women, owning and operating the cafe. We have added many different food items and even some new drinks. The Muse inspires and we are definitely inspired to make delicious eats and drinks for you!


We will be keeping you updated here with monthly events and news!


This Month we are featuring a new maker, we welcome Spark Pottery! This pottery speaks for itself and is stunning. You can find Spark Pottery on instagram @spark_pottery

We hope you come by and take a look:)





We have lots of events happening this month, starting with a Mother's Day Tea Party on May 14, happening all day long from 10 a.m - 4 p.m. $20 a person will you get you a plate of finger sandwiches and a pot of tea, followed by some delectable desserts.





Keeping this theme, we then have a Mother's Day Dinner. Treat Mom to a cozy candlelit wholesome and homemade dinner. We will be starting you off with a delicious salad, followed by a bowl of soup, then featuring our mushroom risotto and last but not least a wonderful dessert. Tickets for this dinner are $50 a person and can be purchased at The Muse, over the phone at 613-334-1573 or by email: themuseartgallerycafe@gmail.com or through Facebook and Instagram.





We have another dinner night planned with live music by Gord Kidd, who will also be auctioning off one of his original paintings! Dinner menu to be determined! Again you can buy your tickets to this candlelit dinner as mentioned above.





Next we have an amazing concert by Blue Hazel. Blue Hazel is definitely a fan favorite and always fill the house. Tickets for their concert are $25 a person and can be purchased the same ways as mentioned above.





We aren't finished yet! We have our monthly Art Club for kids aged 8 and up on the last Thursday of each month. This program is run volunteer artists and runs from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm. Pre-registration is required.





Our final event of the month is also a monthly event called 7-11. This is a charity open mic night with a feature performer run by John Foreman. This event runs from 7 pm - 11 pm, the last Friday of each month. Donations go to the most voted for charity.
